01 Prepare, then freeze separately
Peel, remove hard pits and cut the fruit as directed. Freeze pieces separately so they do not form a solid block. Before processing, follow frozen fruit check.
02 Set up the right outlet
With the machine unplugged, fit the Sorbet Filter and lock the feed chute. Close the juice outlet cap and place a bowl under the pulp outlet.
03 Load a little, then switch on
Following feeding guide, add a small amount of prepared fruit. Close the large lid fully, plug in and turn to ON. Continue adding small portions slowly. Use the pusher gently.
04 Follow the liquid timing
The banana, mango and berry recipes add their specified liquid in small portions during processing. Do not pour all the liquid in at once.
05 Finish, then check the texture
Once normal processing is complete, turn to O (Off) and unplug. Mix as the recipe directs. Enjoy it soft, or freeze it briefly and check whether it is ready to scoop.
