If it only slows or briefly catches
Stop feeding. Try REV for a few seconds, then return to ON. If it remains blocked or has stopped, follow the unplugging sequence below.
01 Stop feeding and turn to O
Do not add more ingredients or press hard on the pusher. Turn the dial to O (Off), then unplug.
02 Clear a persistent blockage
If clearing is needed, follow cleaning guide to remove the relevant parts. Do not disassemble a plugged-in machine or force stuck ingredients through.
04 Check before trying again
Check that the machine has cooled, no blockage remains, the auger and filter are seated, the feed chute is locked and the large lid is closed. Then plug in and try a small amount, following the recipe sequence.
