Making plant milk

Nuts first, then liquid

01 Choose the recipe and liquid

Measure the nuts and the liquid total for this batch. Choose water, dairy milk, coconut milk or nut milk to suit your taste. Decide on the type and total first, rather than changing several things at once.

02 Assemble and prepare the outlets

With the machine unplugged, fit the Juice Filter and lock all parts. Position the milk container and pulp cup, then open the juice outlet cap. Keep that cap open while making milk; see outlet cap guide.

03 Add nuts before switching on

Following feeding guide, add a small amount of soaked nuts first. Close the large lid, plug in and turn to ON so the nuts begin pressing.

04 Add liquid gradually

Once the nuts are being processed, gradually add your chosen liquid. Continue in small portions. Let the previous portion draw in before adding more; do not pour everything in at once.

05 Stir the batch before judging texture

After normal processing is complete, turn to O (Off). Let the remaining liquid drain into the container, then close the juice outlet cap, remove the container and unplug. Stir the whole batch before deciding whether to strain it through a fine sieve. Add any flavorings as directed in the recipe.
