Oat Milk

Oat Milk
  • 1 cup oats, briefly rinsed; do not soak
  • 4-5 cups cold water

Also have ready: Measuring pitcher with a spout, Strainer for draining, Container for collecting milk, Stirring spoon, Fine-mesh strainer (optional).

Rinse the oats briefly under cold running water, then drain. Do not soak.

Choose this batch's total cold water amount within the 4-5 cup range. Measure it separately into a pitcher and keep it cold during preparation.

Prepare the entire batch of ingredients before starting. Oats use a different method from nuts; see plant milk method.

01 Assemble and position both containers

With the machine unplugged, lock the Juice Filter in place following assembly guide. Position the milk container under the juice outlet and the pulp cup under the pulp outlet. Open the juice outlet cap.

02 Add a small portion of oats, then start

Put a small portion of the rinsed oats into the feed chute first. Close the large lid and complete the checks in assembly guide. Plug in, turn to ON, then gradually add cold water.

03 Continue with small additions

Following feeding guide, continue adding small portions of oats and cold water. Wait for each portion to be drawn in before adding more. Do not pour the finished oat milk back into the machine for another pass.

05 Collect the milk after normal processing

After the final portion has been processed during normal operation, turn to O (Off). Let the remaining milk drain into the cup. Close the juice outlet cap, remove the cup and unplug. See outlet cap guide.

06 Stir gently and strain once if needed

Gently stir the collected milk. If you prefer a smoother texture, pass it through a fine-mesh strainer once. Enjoy it fresh.
