It will not start after assembly
Check assembly guide: seat the auger and rotate the filter to lock it. Keep the large lid open while locking the feed chute, then close the lid fully.
Plant milk feels grainy or separates
Stir the entire batch before deciding whether to strain it through a fine sieve. When comparing recipes, keep ingredients and liquid consistent and change one thing in the next batch.
The dessert is too soft or thin
Check whether the fruit softened too much or too much liquid was added. Use frozen fruit check for the next batch. Briefly freeze the current dessert as directed, then check the texture.
No dessert comes from the juice outlet
Dessert comes through the pulp outlet. Check that the Sorbet Filter is fitted, the juice outlet cap is closed and a bowl sits under the pulp outlet. See frozen dessert method.
